All the great favors you love in banana bread plus the health benefits of whole grain and flax seed and yogurt.
Blend butter and sweeteners until fluffy looking and then add eggs beating after each one. Add bananas and mix until incorporated.
Mix dry Ingredients in a separate bowl then mix into above mixture alternating with the yogurt. Add nuts if desired. Pour into 2 greased bread pans. Bake 325degrees for about one hour. Test for doneness after 50 mins.
I use glass bread pans and they tend to brown things up rapidly so I grease the pans first with shortening and line it with wax paper. When it's time for them to be removed from the oven let it cool for 10 mins. Before removing for the pans. Remove the wax paper at this time also. I use my convection setting and 55 mins. was enough time.
